FAQ'S
I’m not sure what size generator I need for my event?
Don't worry we are on hand to advise on your power requirements once we've been informed what will be onsite we are also happy to discuss with your other suppliers to gauge what power demands they will have.
Do I need a Fridge or Freezer Trailer?
Luckily most of our trailers are capable of temperatures from -20c to +10c, but please advise when booking if you require a freezer trailer specifically.
What power requirements are there for a fridge / freezer trailer?
We supply cabling and plug to simply fit into a standard13 amp socket or 16 amp supply, power consumption is minimal and will require around 5kw. We can also supply small generators to run the trailers on a stand alone basis.
What is the trailer supplied with?
As standard all our trailers come with 3 tier internal racking, 15 metres of power cable and a 16 amp 3 point round pin or 13 amp standard 3 point plug. Plus wheel lock & external trailer support legs. Should you not require internal racking please let us know when booking.
What size are the trailers?
We have a range of trailers minimum internal size supplied is 2.5 metres x 1.6 metres, Most come with fully opening rear double doors. Others have single catering doors that are handy if you are in & out regularly. Should you require one of our larger trailers please specify when booking.
When do I know my booking is complete?
We will be in touch shortly after your enquiry and can confirm booking of trailers within 24 hours. Generators require some planning and once we can be sure of your power requirements we can put a quotation together for you.
What are your delivery charges?
We are happy to deliver both trailers & generators throughout the UK. Additional delivery & collection charges to cover our costs will apply on a mileage basis.
What areas do you cover?
We predominantly cover Yorkshire & The North East, however we are happy to quote throughout The North & Midlands.
